MONEE is a personal financial intelligence and tracking software. We do not hold deposits, execute transfers, or extend credit.
You Own Your Data
Your transaction records, debt notes, and categories belong entirely to you. You can export or delete your account at any time.
1. Acceptance & Scope
These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of MONEE web application, progressive web app (PWA), and associated analytical tools. By creating an account or using our services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and capable of entering into legally binding contracts.
2. Description of the Service
MONEE provides personal cash flow recording, transaction categorization, multi-account aggregation (M-Pesa, bank accounts, cash), forward-looking obligation tracking, and debt management tools. Information is provided manually or via user-imported statements. MONEE does not initiate payments or hold funds.
3. No Financial or Investment Advice
The content, calculators, runway estimates, and automated suggestions provided by MONEE are for informational and budgeting convenience only. MONEE is not a licensed financial advisor, accountant, or credit agency. You are solely responsible for evaluating your financial decisions and verifying calculations.
4. User Accounts & Security
You agree to provide accurate information when registering and to keep your authentication credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activities occurring under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access at security@monee.co.ke.
5. Subscriptions & Billing
MONEE Core is provided free of charge. MONEE Pro is offered on monthly or annual subscription plans billed in Kenyan Shillings (KES). You may cancel your subscription at any time; your Pro benefits will remain active until the conclusion of the paid billing cycle.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to reverse-engineer, exploit, or disrupt MONEE infrastructure, or use the service for fraudulent activities or money laundering simulation.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, MONEE and its creators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the service or reliance on financial projections.
8. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Kenya, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
