Is it really a lifetime license?
Yes. Once you purchase the lifetime license after your trial, your account is activated forever. We will never charge you monthly renewal fees or insert hidden charges. All minor updates are free.
How does the refund guarantee work?
If you purchase the lifetime license and realize it doesn't fit your bookkeeping style, email us at support@monee.co.ke within 7 days. We will process a full refund to your M-Pesa wallet, no questions asked.
Is my statement data secure?
Absolutely. When you paste statement logs or SMS texts, the parsing code executes inside your local browser sandbox. The server only receives structured numbers to save, never raw text. Your financial privacy is guaranteed.
Do you have M-Pesa automatic pairing?
Monee uses secure local copy-paste statement processing or statement upload. We do not link directly to Safaricom's raw backend servers to guarantee that no third-party has structural control over your bank balances.
